Since 2020, Erin has collaborated with Food Waste Stories! writer, Emma Atkins; creating over a dozen custom, whimsical illustrations for Emma's food sustainability blog. Emma is in her first year of her PhD in food waste at Bristol University, but has always had a passion for writing about food waste in art & design, business, policy and fun stuff to do at home. The illustrations and blog entries can be viewed at foodwastestories.com or on instagram @foodwastewriter
